A bit about your coach

Hi, I’m Alexandru.

I’m Alexandru Burcus, an SAP Quality Management consultant based in Germany, working with people across Europe and beyond. Since 2018, I’ve worked across quality systems and SAP, from manufacturing quality to consulting and global S/4HANA transformation programs.

My experience includes SAP QM implementations, integration with production and supply chain processes, GxP validation, and leading teams through project delivery. I’ve also experienced hundreds of interviews and offer negotiations across industries, both as a candidate and as an interviewer. In our sessions, I’ll help you draw out the value in your own experience, explain it with clarity, and ask for what it is worth.
